We opened Nettie Mae's Dry Cleaning & Garment Care after a horrendous customer experience with a local provider. The owner treated us as if we didn’t matter, as if we were irritating him with our presence, and as if we were just another sale. We chalked it up to having a bad morning, but when we returned a few days later to retrieve our clothes, the energy was similar. We walked out of that store confused and went online to see if any others had a similar experience. Unfortunately, many residents had a similar story with this callous Port St Lucie dry cleaner. Therefore, we decided to open our own store based upon the premise of an exceptional customer experience.
A garment care provider should utilize an environment friendly process.
